Texas country and Americana group Lost Immigrants proudly announces the release of their latest single, “Fool Around,” to radio. The song will be available for download and streaming on April 1, 2023.

Since its inception in 2005, Lost Immigrants has crafted smartly written songs with intelligent lyrics and infectious melodies, amassing a rich catalog through three full-length studio albums, three short-form EPs, and two critically praised live albums. “Fool Around,” the band’s latest recording, is a celebration of rekindling dormant romances and the real work that goes into a lasting marriage. Recorded in Fort Worth with Americana singer-songwriter Phil Pritchett at the helm, “Fool Around” finds the band in classic form as it layers harmonies and instrumentation with an in-your-face, uptempo sound.

“The song started out as a condemnation of partners stepping outside the bounds of marriage to pursue baser needs,” said band founder and frontman James Dunning. “But the more I tinkered with lyrics and thought about it, the more I realized it’s more of an honest look about the things we do to keep the relationships that are worth it. The narrator is basically telling his wife, ‘if you’re itching to fool around, then fool around with me.’ It’s not autobiographical, but there’s plenty of ideas in there that I’ve learned from my life and the lives of my friends.”

“Fool Around” is the first single released to radio since “Get Lost” in 2009. Heart of Texas Music Group (https://www.heartoftexasmusicgroup.net/) is managing radio promotion for the new release.

Lost Immigrants is Dunning, Chad Stewart (drums), Ryan Pool (keys), and Blake Brownlee (guitar). Over the past decade, the band has had the privilege of performing its unique brand of Texas country and American music to audiences in Japan, South Korea, and throughout the continental United States. Selected works from the Lost Immigrants catalog can be heard on digital and terrestrial radio stations throughout the U.S., Europe and Australia.

“Do What You Gotta Do”

Landon Heights is back with a high energy tune for country radio entitled "Do What You Gotta Do." "This song was just too much fun to write. I'm always wanting to make sure I have those songs that get people dancing at shows or jamming in their cars after a long work day," said Landon. This is the first single that will be featured off of Landon's upcoming album releasing later this year. To find out more information on Landon and tour dates visit www.landonheightsmusic.com.

NEEW DUET hitting radio Friday, 10-14 “CHANEL NO5”!

Larissa Boyd, is 18 years old, and from Malone, Tx. My debut single, “Any Other Guy” spent over 20 weeks on the Texas Regional Radio Report Top 100 chart, and now my follow up “Alone In Your Mind” was released to radio April 8, 2022.  It's a song about someone you care about is going down the wrong path, and you not being able to do anything about it.

H.O.T. Music group is proud to welcome Adrian Johnston to the family!

This is a song bringing me back to my traditional roots. It’s a good old honkytonk song written and released by Gene Watson’s long time Piano Player, the late Joe Eddie Gough back in 1977, later re-recorded and re-released by Tony Booth in 2008. I’m a huge fan of both of those guys. My Dad still plays steel guitar with Tony From time to time. I have a lot of respect for both of those guys. And going back to my traditional roots I found it best to honor both Tony And Joe Eddie with my version of this track having recorded with Paul Logan in Cedar Park alongside my Dad who did the INCREDIBLE steel guitar work. I just want to show the world that Tradition Lives and the Dance floors Are never empty and the Honky Tonks are still Surviving!

Fireflies & Mason Jars is a look back at what life was like being a kid before there was an internet. The simple pleasures of playing outside and it reminds us to pass it down to our kids today.

I couldn’t make my songs come to life without the help of some amazingly talented musicians that I’m very blessed to work with! Thank you brothers love y’all very much!! Cody Mosier on electric guitar & backup vocals.

Richard Ty Kennedy on Bass guitar. Waylon Gary on drums. Terry Bayless on piano. Bart Rose engineered and produced the song.

I originally named the song As time goes by. I wrote it for Paw Paw Archie Pullig in 1988 after he passed away. In 2019 I was going to the Crowman Mike Crow Jam at Del Norte Tacos in Godley and re wrote the second verse so thank you Crowman for your inspiration by supporting so many of us musician/songwriters to dig a little deeper. Hope y’all like this one and thank you for requesting it at your favorite country radio station!

The music business is a constantly changing business, and sometimes change is what’s needed for the greater good. After a lot of prayer and consultation, we have decided to make some changes to the Jim Nash Music Group. I'm stepping away from the day-to-day operations and passing the torch on to the person who has been my right hand (my wife Kim) for the last 3 years as well as added to our staff. I will continue as a consultant, helping our
artists, and new staff with whatever advice and consultation, they may need. We are excited about the new beginnings that are arriving to the music group. With new staff and members this has inspired us to take on a fresh new start and look. We will now be known as Heart of Texas Music Group moving forward. With that, our mission is still to provide the best country music from the best country artists out of Central Texas and beyond to radio.
